Long shot, but anyone here from Germany?

There's plenty of bratwurst in the database, but I don't know which one to pick. I get them from the meat counter in Real if that helps.

Hope someone can help :-/

Not in Germany, but have a butcher who makes fresh brats for us. This is the one I use to track them: "Bratwurst - Pork, cooked"
It's for an (approx) 3 oz link, but his are more like 5, so I'll track 1.5 of them eaten. HTH...

My DH makes brats (owns a meat market in our town) among other nummy home made sausages, so we eat them quite a bit at home. Unfortunately some of the varieties he makes aren't on there (apple, swiss cheese, etc) so I sort of guess and usually go with the higher-calorie ones to be on the safe side.

    Thanks for the replies :)

I might just go for the middle option, it appears the higher calorie bratwurst are special types and what I buy is nothing special - just standard meat and nothing added.

My DH and I looked at maybe 5 kinds at the store - they ranged from 170-200 so I'd go for something in that range - it depends on what the meat is and if they have a bunch of additives.
