Chicken breast

5 oz chicken breast (raw)
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
red, green and yellow bell peppers (cut up)
red onions (cut up)
1/4 cup of beef brooth
1 Tbsp of lite miracle whip
1/4 Tbsp of honey mustard
2 slices reduced calorie bread (OR 1 slice to make open face sandwich and to cut calories)
Place olive oil in small skillet once heated add chicken and vegetables and cook until veggies are soft and chicken is done.

Spread miracle whip and honey mustard on bread, layer 1/2 of veggies on bread, place chicken on veggies and place remaining veggies on top of chicken. ENJOY

This meal is fulling and it covers your protein and veggie intake for a meal.
