I order muscle milk vanilla (light) on line for around $20 and I love it!

I like the Nectar brand by Syntrex, they come is flavors like lemon iced tea, lemonade, cherry, tropical punch. Lemonade is my fave. 90 calories, no carbs, 23 grams of protein. Its around $30 for a big tub, which is 36 servings i think. Less than a dollar a drink!

I'm actually shocked Muscle Milk is still on the shelves. I found this after a few Trainers I hang with gave it up.
