Changing it up today!

So I've been on this whole yoga kick, and it's great! But I think my body is getting used to the same routine :yawn: So I'm really going to push my arms and abs today. I'm only going to do 20 mins of yoga, and not the same workout I've been following. I feel like my body is getting used to my "tricks". :laugh: So I'm going to switch it up today! Wish me luck.

I work out at home, so if you can suggest any good workout videos I'd be greatful. I have a bad knee and ankle, so nothing high impact. I currently have bikini body, power yoga, and some belly dance video. Thanks
