Who has done it? How well did it work for you? Do you suggest doing it? I am starting the plan next week and I'm so excited! Just wanted to check and see what results you've had! Also, if you didn't have the Shakeology what did you use in replacement?

    I've had a few clients do it with pretty good results. Unfortunately, nothing would replace Shakeology in regard to nutrients unless you mixed up your own shakes with those ingredients. I have a doctor that enjoys making his own shakes but still ends up adding everything in Shakeology. Then again, he's a doctor :p
