No offense to my new woman friends on fp. I would like to chat with some guys who are or have gone through WLS. I just had LAP-BAND Surgery on Monday and am on the stage 3 diet. Tough because my stomach is upset. Colace not doing the trick yet. Hopefully the prune juice and prune babyfood will do the trick. Get in touch.

Are you drinking enough water? Also, w/ L/B can you take fiber? Kashi go lean has 10 grams of fiber for a small bowl. I haven't had a L/B but I have know others who have and I am a RN, so I was just interested in your post.

Thanks for the reply. I am married to a Nurse. I will try the Kashi Go Lean after my appointment with my surgical team this coming Wednesday.

Thanks for the reply. I have lost about 22 lbs since I began the LAP-BAND Process back in April.

No, I lost most before surgery, but quite a bit since. Haven't had my first fill yet. Still get hungry more than I want to.

I had R&Y bypass on 8/2/18 down 110 lb. I'm 53 years young. Dad try a probiotic they are over the counter. The best ones are kept cold so you may have to ask for them from your pharmacist. It helped me.
