My name is LInda . I just found this wonderful site....have been reading and seems to be alot of support here...and some great info....I lost weight and hit my goal in 2005 ,89lbs, kept it off for over ayear and have been fighting ever since to not gain it all back..half back....Iam a emotional eater.......going to get my act together starting now.....Iam here to give support and get in aswell...set a mini goal for 10 lbs gone by Turkey day.....Have a great and very blessed day....
