Why are my feet swollen? Yesterday and today right around 4 when I went outside for my afternoon break I noticed my feet are all puffed up. I can't think of what I am doing differently. I wear heels, but I sit all day, my shoes are not too tight and are the same shoes I've been wearing for months.
I haven't been eating great this week,, but any other time I've fallen off the wagon my feet have never done this. My only work out for the week was Monday when I played tennis.
Should I be concerned?

2. How's your sodium intake?
1. We are trying, but if I am, it would be like days.....I cannot imagine that would be enough to start any symptoms.
2. Sodium intake isn't great probably since I didn't eat well today and yesterday, but this has never happened before when I eat badly and I've eaten waaaay worse than I have this week.0 -
put some lemon juice in your water. It helps with water retention which may be what's happening if your sodium has been up.0
