Ok, so I was shaving last night.

Cut my neck right on my adams apple 'cos it now sticks out for the first time in my life.

Measured my neck, I've lost 4 inches....

    I have a similar one - I donated blood twice today: once intentionally at blood donor centre, and the remainder of the day breaking in new shoes that skinned both heels. That's a good pint and a bit - how many lbs d'you reckon I've lost? ;O)
