Hi everyone
I joined here around 1 week ago and today was my 1st weigh in. Lost 2 lb. Not a hugh amount (But I've been dieting for a while before starting on here) so I'm pleased with 2lb - its certainly a step in the right direction.
I came across this site by accident - and really impressed with it.
I'm not to concerned about getting to my target weight for my holidays (Mid August) but would sure be nice if I could lose 14 lbs. At 2lb a week, I might just make it if I stay focused - I'm sure this site will help me along the way.
