Shredded Chicken tacos
Ingriedents:
1 can Rotel (any flavor)
1 lb raw boneless, skinless chicken breast
Directions:
POUR can of Rotel in crockpot
ADD chicken
COOK on low 7-8 hours or 3-4 hours
SHRED chicken after cooking and mix well
SERVE with corn or flour tortillas or on salad as taco salad0 -
I made this up my self , husband loved it !! Which says alot
Get some chicken thighs or legs, or breast if you want to spend a little more.
Place in crock pot, add 1/4-1/2 cup lite honey mustard dressing, a couple tablespoons of honey, dash salt/pepper, baby carrots and small can of white potatoes if desired. Cook 6 hrs on low, and your done. No need to add water the condensation from the heat makes it just right.0
