Hi!

I'm a 20 year old nursing student from ON, Canada. I gained ~15-20lbs while in university and I'd like to take those off...plus a few:). Currently I weight 170lbs and Ideally I'd like to be 140 (my height is about 5'7). However, weight doesn't mean everything to me- improving my fitness level and building muscle (while eating better) are my main goals.
I plan on mostly running, doing yoga and spin classes, in addition to weight training as my forms of exercise.
My *BIG* goal is to complete the Hamilton marathon on November 6th.
