I could not find this topic under search, but when eating back exercise calories do we deduct the calories out that we would have normally burned just by sitting around?

no. mfp has already deducted these from the equation. just worry about those you work off0

I agree. Go ahead and eat them all back if you can. Sometimes I find that I am too full to eat them all back, but you need to try!0
