Can someone Calorie Cycle or Zig-Zag that has a lot of weight to lose? I still have about 45lbs to lose and I was thinking about Zig-Zagging.
I have been gaining and losing the same 3-5lbs for the last couple weeks now and was thinking this might help kick start my weight loss again.
Thanks,
Michelle

I was stuck in a plateau for a month and after a week of zig-zagging I finally lost a pound this week. I dont know if it has much to do with how much you have to lose as to whether it works or not.0

No Bob you and that thread totally helped me... I am just wondering if its only for people close to their goal weight... because I am not.
Thats all my question was really about... not how to do it because your thread and Aggi's thread have educated mejust if I can/should do it with a lot of weight still left to lose

I've been zig zagging every since I started with MFP.....didn't know I was at first. I was just eating back my calories on M/W/F from big burns....but regardless, it's been working for me. :flowerforyou:0

You can definately use it! It will jump start your metabolism and probably help u lose it faster. Plus zig zagging is good for those with lives that aren't conducive to strict diets since u can have some flexibility. Lastly it is flexible if you change your activity level and when u lose more eight and when u go into maijtinancr so u won't gain it all back like w traditional diets. I love zif- sagging and will message u tonight
Excuse the spelling errors...my programmed text hates me0
