    Why fuss about making them when you can have scrumptious 90 CALORIE fudge brownies?

    FIBER ONE makes a great quick snack brownie. If you can shop at Costco, they come in a big box, individually wrapped. They're great to toss one or two into a bag when you're on the run traveling through airports. Just grab a bottle of water as you head for the gate for the departing flight.

    I used Pillsbury reduced sugar devils food cake mix and MFP recipe calculator calculated fewer cals. If you're in need of a low cal chocolate fix for dessert...I would give these a try! They are delicious warm with a small glass of skim milk on the side! Yum!!! :)

    these are SO good. though i omitted the coffee, used barley flour instead of whole wheat, and i didn't use sugar/sucanat or brown rice syrup, i just threw in some chopped dates for sweetness and a little liquid vanilla stevia for more sweetness. really seriously delicious.

    Yes they are made with Black beans But oh so yummy oh so moist oh so good and you get a pretty big brownie being that it makes 16 servings so you can cut them smaller for less calories.

    * 3 eggs
    * 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    * 1/4 cup cocoa powder
    * 1 pinch salt
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * 3/4 cup white sugar
    * 1 teaspoon instant coffee (optional)
    * 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (optional)

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 square baking dish.
    2. Combine the black beans, eggs, oil, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, sugar, and instant coffee in a blender; blend until smooth; pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the mixture.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes.

    I'm a fan of the No Pudge Fudge! Especially since you can make single servings in the microwave!
