Want to eat to avoid emotions - I NEED A PICK ME UP!!

I'm two and a half weeks into changing my eating and exercising habits. I've lost 10 pounds and feel a big difference in energy in the morning and other things. I'm happy I've decided to make these changes - it's definitely time. BUT the last two or three days I have slowly been sliding into "i don't care" mode. The last couple of days have been emotionally challenging and I KNOW that is the reason I feel like comforting myself with food. I don't have the emotional support I need to deal with the emotional stuff going on right now but I don't want to just give up and fall off the wagon. I NEED to keep losing weight.
Any advice or support in how I can move past wanting to comfort myself with food would be really helpful. I think I really just need some motivation to get back at it.
Thanks in advance!!

Remind yourself why you started, to dance, to run faster, to wear whatever you want! THAT to me tastes better in my mouth then oreos...
Good luck!0
