Vacation

Grand kids sure make it hard to stay on track.

Starting vacation on Friday, traveling to Charleston SC. Will try to be good but gonna enjoy it and get serious again when I get back. Can anyone give me suggestions on good seafood that is low in calories? I really like seafood and not fried. We have never been to Charleston but I hear the food is great and lots of choices. Can anyone make suggestions on restaurants also?

Thanks for your help and support.

I have never been to the area, but seafood is generally good for you. Just be careful of butter sauce and things that are fried. Have a wonderful vacation!

Hit a good raw bar and get your seafood steamed. You can look up calorie counts here: http://www.charlestonseafood.com/SeafoodNutrition.htm or http://www.freedieting.com/calories/fish_seafood_1500.htm

Sorry I don't know much about seafood, but I had to comment. Charleston is AMAZING. It's adorable there, you'll love it. I have heard salmon is healthy though?
