I hit my 10# loss today. When I updated my weight loss on here it asked me if I wanted to re-calculate....or something. I said no. What is that about? Should I have it change my stuff? I still have a few pounds to lose.

yeah...recalculate. it will give you new daily calorie goals based on your new weight and your goals. you can do it by going to "my home" then go 'check in'. you can follow it from there.

scrap that. go goals instead, then hit the green button down the bottom. :)

Yup, it's a good idea to recalculate.
Now you weigh less, you need less calories. Doesn't seem like a fair reward for your hard work, but that's the way it works!

I have to say, though, that the last time MFP did that to me it took me to 1200 per day. I did it for three weeks and was miserable. I manually put it back to 1300 and have been happy as a clam and still losing! I recommend the update, but watch yourself and see how it goes. Every time before that it was a good change, this last one was just too low for me. So it's slower going now, but I'm ok with that.

Good luck, and congrats on the loss!!!!

And don't forget that you don't have to just accept what MFP recommends - if it drops you lower than you are comfortable with then you can manually change it up by 50 or 100 cals to find the level that suits you.
I have mine set for 0.8 pound loss per week - as it give me 1400 cals at 1 pound per week and I get too grumpy under 1500 cals (trial and error told me this!).
But, its worth doing the recalculation to see how the numbers work out with your new lower weight
