I needed some new recipes and found skinnytaste.com in the message boards I LOVE THIS WEBSITE! Gina's recipes taste so amazing! They are healthy and she uses pretty much everything from your local grocery store. I've already had the Italian meatballs, the chicken tikka masala, the pumpkin fruit dip and the stuffed bell peppers and my husband (who thinks only eat healthly things) is asking for more recipes from her site. Check it out, you won't be sorry! DELICIOUS!

    I had her pork pernil last night and am making her chicken and mushrooms is white wine and garlic sauce tomorrow night! Love that site.

    Yes! I LOVE her site. Only tried out a couple recipes so far, though. Maybe dinner tomorrow night I'll try another, but which one to pick?! They all look so insanely delicious.

    I have her site bookmarked. I also think that her recipes are in the database so when you put it in for your diary you can look it up easily.
