No calories used today.. What about tomorrow?

Hey guys. I have eaten about 900-1000 calories today. But I burned 855 calories today so a net calorie of 45-145 was eaten. Since I've eaten so little today, would it be ok if I indulge a little more tomorrow or does it not work like that? I'm very full from what I ate earlier today so I am not eating anymore right before I go to bed In about 15minutes.

I would say listen to your body, and don't make a habit of doing that. Chances are, you will be hungrier tomorrow and should allow yourself more food if you are.

Seeing as your goal is not to lose weight but to lose fat, then I would suggest that you eat a small but calorie dense snack before bed and plan a much healthier eating day for tomorrow. Your body won't thank you if you give it so little nutrition over a longer period of time.
In fact, I'd suggest that you should see a nutritionist to discuss your eating plan, as 900 cals is very little for anyone, especially for a man.

indulge in protein when your calories drop, and I can quote that source if you need it....

It can work that way if you want it too. :) It'd be essentially the same thing as calorie zig-zagging. (You probably shouldn't go as low as 1000 in the future, but one day won't hurt.) If you're hungrier than usual tomorrow or really hankering for something you can't normally have, then I think it'd be fine to splurge a little. Even if tomorrow comes and you're not really in the mood to splurge, I still think you should a bit more calorie dense and healthy foods (like avocados, nuts, and whole dairy) to make up a little for today. I also agree with Rubybelle. See if you can squeeze a high calorie snack in before you go to bed.

At 155lbs a recommended fat loss intake would be minimum lbs x 10 which is 1550 cals. You should be eating more than this on days you workout. Constantly low calorie intakes will eventually slow your metabolism because of a loss of LBM. I would be focussing on some strength training as well and don't worry about going over the lower limit as you need to be around or above maintenance (normally BW x 13-15 so 2000 - 2300) to put on some muscle mass.

So recommendations. Smash it at the gym tomorrow and eat ****loads :)
