Healthy Crock Pot Chicken

Makes 8 servings

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 cans low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1 onion chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1/2 can fat free milk
1 tablespoon parsley chopped
8 cups noodles cooked

Combine chicken, soup, onion, celery, milk and parsley in crock pot. Cook on high 5 to 6 hours. Serve over hot cooked noodles or brown rice.

    Sounds really great! I'll be trying this one this week! Does the calories include the rice or noodles or is that seperate?

    Glancing over the recipe just now....I think it's a total of all the ingredients plus the noodles.

    If you happen to use rice you'll want to refigure on sparkpeople.com

    Just looking at it not much has carbs in it until you hit the noodles. So with 53g. of carbs and 8 servings..I'd say.....that's the noodles already counted in. :drinker:
