Heyyy B*tches!!! I'm posting early because I'm going camping for the weekend and I'm not sure if I'd make the post before I left town, I'll weigh in when I get back on monday or tuesday!! Calories burned since last week: 2,360 - well under my 6,000 goal.
Nutrition goal met?? NO. I was 5 days over my calorie count.
How many miles did you travel this past week: 23.4 miles
(6.26 walking & 16.78 Stationary Bike)

Calorie burn goal: 3,000
Weight loss goal: 2 lbs
Nutrition goal: To be under my calorie goal with the exercise calories

Sorry for not posting anything for the last 3 weeks, I've been away for holidays! But now I'm back and I hope I can lose some more lbs until August 13th - the end of this challenge and my birthday!
