Overnight work and boredom

Just trying to pass some time while at work. Anyone out there as bored as I am, shoot me a message, or talk on here, maybe help pass the time...

    Yeah, staying awake is at times the hardest part of the job. wow, 1230 now, only 7 and a half hours to go. been here since 4pm too... will this night ever end...

    when do you leave if you got there at 4 pm. That's a long night. I've been here since 630 and leave at 730 am.

    I work for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Shift work, midnight to 8 is my usual but I did a shift swap with a guy yesterday so I worked 4 to midnight, and now midnight to 8. so it turned into a 16 hour shift. Saves on gas though so well worth it. plus it was an extra night I got to sleep.
    So now, I get to stay away listening to 205 folks sleeping. snoring away. and the hits keep coming folks. lol

    No need to be sorry, it pays the bills. but sleep would be nice right about now. lol
    there is always today, when it will be wicked nice outside and I need to sleep. how rewarding. haha
    and yes, I did say wicked... its a Masshole thing.

    I'm a nurse, but I did the whole prison thing from the nurse side. I tell you OSB overnight was WICKED boring. lol.
