Hi!
I've been here for a about a month but have been too shy to actually post....oops. :) My main goal is to lose 7lbs. I know its not a huge feat as some as the other myfitnesspal'er's have accomplished but its my goal and I need something to help me reach it. So hello all and continue to push forward! :) ps....I have a hard time staying on track during the weekends.

  • Lmao, acually if I eat something bad I do my best to eat a small portion of it, if ya try to deny your self of all the good bad stuff out their you'll go crazy lol
