Hi everyone, I have been on MFP for about a week now and am loving it. It has helped me to eat way better than I normally would. I am in decent shape right now but would like to be in better. I lost about 20 lbs a couple years ago and have been able to keep it all off which is great but I have the last 10 lbs I would like to finally lose.
I am 25 and enjoy spending time outside, I am so excited summer is finally here. I enjoy running outside, I have ran a few races which makes running so much more fun. I ran a marathon last year and can't wait to run another. I also enjoy doing Bikram yoga. I am pretty active and am very excited for everyone support in helping me lose my last 10lbs.
I am hoping to hear how some of you have made it through a plateau and what advise you can give me.
