bloating after exersize

is it just because I drink a lot of water whilest exersizing or could it be anything else ?

    It could be the water, or maybe you exercised a little too soon after eating. I recommend crystallized ginger (a little sweet&spicy treat that will make you feel and look less bloated).

    Depends...for me it is usually an hour, and I wait after drinking too just in case.

    Standard meal to eat about 1 hour before working out is plain oalmeal. The kind you get in bulk
    not those little packets. I person only have 1 cup of oatmeal. more then that and I feel like I have
    too much in my belly.
    I buy the big bag of Quacker Large flake oats.

    And with my oatmeal I have my vitamens for the day. So I make that the routine.
