Hi, can anyone suggest some low impact exercise dvds that I can purchase? Aerobics, step, anything low impact. Everything I see online is high intensity or for advanced fitness buffs. Please help!

Hello,
i've just started exercising again after months of very little activity. I am using a couple of Susan Powter step DVDs - some people find her annoying but she works for me. You can moderate the exercises to suit your fitness level but i have managed to get through the whole thing and worked up a real sweat.
Bought my copies from Amazon UK for £2 plus p&p. Great not to have to spend loads of money.
Good luck.

Try exercisetv.tv then put free workouts in the search bar, their is loads to choose from, different levels and loads of different sorts for times ranging to a few minutes to an hour, im sure you could find something without shelling out for dvds. Ive been using them for a while now. Hope this is of a help to you or others amanda xx0

High intensity does not always mean high impact. Intensity is important.

When I first started Turbo Jam, I followed the 2 people doing the low impact version of the exercise.
It didn't hurt my knees & I still got a good workout - burned more than 300+ calories in 40 minutes.
Now I'm fitter, I can do the higher impact version of the exercises.0 -
