Ok just to make sure we know how this is all going to work.
One mile is 50 of your cal that you burn. there is a link on my profile page to a google doc spread sheet that will work these out for you, or you can just take your cal burn and divide by 50.
Each day I will pop up a thread for the captains to log their team miles, everyone is welcome to comment on these but PLEASE CAPTAINS ONLY to put numbers up or i will get very confused !
Its the captains job to get there team miles in.
Captains will be trusted to gather their team numbers, and if they miss someones miles one day they are allowed to to add it to the next day.(being aware that time zones etc can be a *****)
For captains please state the boat name and the miles for the day.
To make sure we get round I will be throwing in the odd "turbo" day, where your team miles will count as double or triple likely over the weekends to keep our focus)
I might even be doing day challenges. Remember that the REAL reason we are doing this is to get some good burns and SUPPORT EACH OTHER !
I hope that the game is fun and I will love suggestions for day challenges etc to keep us all in it.

Would it be easier if we post our team totals the following day, so Fridays numbers could be posted Sat morning? That way there is less chance of missing any posted late miles? Just a thought.0 -
