I have been working out faithfully now for a year, with MFP for 4mths, which is when I finally started to lose weight! I am having a bit of an issue with the upper tummy area. This issue runs in our family, I look at my mom, grandmother, aunt, sisters we all have this yucky cellute upper stomach. My lower stomach looks great but nothing I do helps my upper look toned and firm....suggestions please.....any ab work out DVDs you suggest, any food suggestions whatever it is I am desparate for this area to finally look good. I am almost to my weightloss goal and wearing 3 sizes smaller (almost 4-woo hoo), I know it sounds vain, but I want to rock this new bod but I am having a problem feeling that confident with this upper stomach look. Thank you so much for any suggestions you may have!

This is going to sound simplistic, but a good bra that fits properly really helps to make your upper abs look better if you're busty! Even though there is still some fat there, getting the girls properly supported so they aren't pushing that fat down and out will make an instant improvement in your appearance.

You can do ab exercises all day long, but whether or not your abs have definition mainly comes down to your level of bodyfat. :(

Yep, abs are made in the kitchen!
