Upperbody vs Lowerbody!

Lowerbody = WINNING!
In the past ten days I have lost 5cms off both thighs and 4 cms of my bum - Brilliant I thought!
But nothing at all has changed on my upper body!
I walk alot and cycle when I can, but also try fit some exercise DVD's into my week and some Wii Fit muscle workouts!
What can I do to really boost my upperbody loss?
Seems like a really stupid question really, but any help would be really greatful

You can't choose where the weight will come off. Just work hard, and know that eventually it will come off. Plus I thought women were always happier with losses from the bottom and having the top stay the same...;)0

I asked the upper body question too and was not thrilled with the simple answer: push-ups! But it really works! (And abs, of course...)
Good luck!:flowerforyou:0 -

I have watched every thing that has passed my lips for last 15 days,and swimming for 30 mins vigourously every day,I mean it Im getting 60 lengths of the pool(Its an 18m pool) I can feel myself getting really fit,my arms and legs are beginning to look really toned and guess what the scales havnt budged one lousy ounce!!!! I can see differences but no weight loss!:laugh:0

reclining chest exercises....that's what helped me lose inches there and no where else...it is true, you can't really force it to happen in any one spot it will come off where it comes off and even out in the end.0
