July NSV goal

With July come up fast, I want to set a non scale goal for the month.
I have decided to do one IF a week until Aug. 8th. For me an IF (Intermittent Fast) is to fast between 1pm until 7am the following day. Its an 18 hour fast. Many members have different fasting preferences, but this is a new tool for me and I'm trying it slowly.
Please let me know if you have set a non scale challenge for yourself for July. :happy:

i started doing that myself. I only do it once a week. I go from dinner time - dinner time, (24 hrs). I've noticed that it keeps my weight in check. I do a light workout on my IF day. I stay within my calories the other 6 days and continue my exercise routines. Good luck and add me for support if you like.0
