Hi all,
today i did the 'body for life' 20 minute aerobic solution - 20 mins of high intensity interval training. it was defs v hard and i feel knackered now, but my HRM says i burned only 200kcal. Does anyone have any wisdom on why, then, intervals are always touted as burning more fat than long, slow cardio? FOr example on other days when i do moderate intensity for 40 mins i burn 350!!
thanks!
