Cal burn after exercise?

I've heard that you burn as many calories after a workout, as you do during.... any truth to that?

    Eh, sorta but not really.. there are some exercises that give a good "afterburn effect" which means you are still burning high calories afterward.. google afterburn effect.

    You're ALWAYS burning calories...even when you're sleeping. If you mean, at a faster rate than 'normal', then, yes, you will burn more than normal after you exercise until your heartrate returns to resting rate.
