my heaviest was 5 years ago @ 199..now i am at 149, but i was staying pretty consistantly average of 185 for the past couple years, so 30-ish lbs lost since febuary is pretty decent, i suppose i have about another 25 to go to hit my goal0

265 was my highest after I had my son, that is also what I started MFP at in February. I am currently at 237. Before I got pregnant I had lost some weight and was at 190 and my goal is to get back down below that! I'm 5'10" tall so a healthy weight for me would be around 130-160.0

I was 108kg (238lb) when I started uni.
Got down to 72kg (159lb) the year after I finished.
Have been around 75-85kg (165-187lb) most of the time since then.
Right now, I guess I'm around 77-78kg, and I'd prefer to be 74-75kg. Expect I'll get there by the end of July, but staying there is the trick.
I think I was around 91kg (200lb) when I joined MFP.0 -
