This is the first time I've actually used a tool to help count calories. I've been away at college the last 3 years and it's really starting to show. I've never really been happy with my weight, so I finally decided it's time to make a change for the better. I've already got one successful day under my belt, but the first day is always so easy! Finding ways to keep myself motivated and on track is going to be the challenge. I welcome any tips people have: fun ways to exercise, snacks that keep you full (and taste good too!), and simple, healthy meal ideas for someone on a college budget.
Good luck to everyone!
