My July Fitness Goals

I'm one for writing everything out. I need to SEE things in order to tackle them. So, I've outlined my total July fitness goals and thought: I need to make it more public. So I'll make a post on MFP instead of placing the list somewhere on my comp or fridge because that seems to get hidden away from myself that way (if that makes sense).

I plan on updating here nearly everyday in July so I can keep track of where I'm at with my goals, even if I end up writing to just myself, hehe. But, everyone is welcome to share theirs and keep track of them on here too!

(For the dailies, numbers are averages as I plan to take 2-4 total rest days)

Walk 3.5 miles daily - Total 102 miles
Log food and exercise at least half the month - Total 16 logged days
Begin push up challenge (again) and get thru week 5 - Total 15 sessions
Upper body weight session at least once a week - Total 4 sessions
50 Plank mountain climber twists daily - Total 1450 mc twists
30 squats daily - Total 870 squats
30 lunges daily - Total 870 lunges
*extra challenge* 25 burpees daily - Total 725 burpees
Weight on July 29: under 158 pounds

    Love this idea! Great job! i need to sit down and figure out what my July goals are.... So glad there are message boards here. I just joined about a week ago on my phone and had no idea there was much more on the web!!!
