Help needed pls

Hi .. im taking my daughter to the local aquadrome later and while there wont be much swimming we will be mostly on the flumes and in the lazy river, wave pool etc and just wondered how to logg this exercise/calorie wise?? any ideas??

I won't log the lazy river, but the wave pool?! Staying in there and swimming against the tide and swimming back out could count. My thought is if you are in the wave pool for an hour count half an hour of easy swimming maybe? :glasses: Enjoy your day!!!!!!!0
