Elliptical Training

So I just bought an elliptical yesterday (woo hoo!). I was wondering what a good workout would be to increase endurance. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! :happy:

    Just add a little time to it each time you work out!

    When I started 2 weeks ago I couldn't do more than 20 mins without dying!

    So I aimed to do an "easy" 30 mins. The next time a more intense 20 mins. Then an "easy" 40 mins...more intense 25 mins and so on! I can't believe how much I've been able to stick with it and how much progressive I've made.
