does anyone know how many calories you burn taking a zumba class for an hour?? I tried to add it in the exercise but they did not have it in the data base.:happy:

Calories burned depends on the individual. I would recommend getting a HRM (with a chest strap) as this is the only accurate way to calculate.

Normally it is around 5-8 calories per minute

I log it as aerobic - high impact and have been losing at about the rate I planned so that's probably pretty close.
