stress gain instead of loss...help!

I'm getting married in October and I'm against any fad dieting...just want to get it right with hard work and eating right
HOWEVER....

I've been at it for 2 weeks.....strictly watching what goes into my mouth and exercising 3 nights a week for 30 minutes to an hour.

With a hectic schedule, this is all I can fit in.

I'VE ONLY LOST ONE TINY POUND!!!!!

i'm so frustrated and not sure what route to go....

any suggestions or secret tips to help me slim down about 20 pounds by Octobers?

i'm afraid that the reason I'm not losing is stress. I'm a stress eater.....not a stress fast-er.....so even though I'm not gaining and shoving bad stuff into my mouth, i'm not shedding weight like I'd hoped.
