Day 4 Yoga done today, and I must say i am suprised how well I done and enjoyed the program. I was by no means an expert and not very flexible, but can clearly see the benifits of the Yoga in this program. For strength, balance and flex!!!!

I did about 1hr and 15mins of the 1:30 program.

I will never be 100% Yoga. But I am glad I tried it and will try to get better at it over the next 86 days!!!

Do your best and keep pushing play!!!

    Great to hear! For so many, yoga is the most "dreaded" workout of the week! I'll be starting up a new 90 days of the P90X "Lean" schedule on Sunday. :)

    I started off hating the yoga but actually grew to love it when I could actually do all the moves! I have put insanity workouts in during the week for kenpo and yoga but move yoga to Sunday in order to keep it in my routine!

    Keep it up and you will see great results!
