Been lurking for a few weeks and thought I'd finally introduce myself.
I'm Chris.
I'm 28 and live in Atlanta. I was around 195 lbs. about 2 months ago. I'm at 173 now (started running, changed diet...I miss my sweet tea!). I'm 6'4". I've lost almost 4 pant sizes (36 to a 33/32 depending) and blazer size went from a 42L to a 38L.
That said, my goal is tone up as I still have a bit of flab. My diary is public. As you can see, I run 5 days a week with two days of rest. I cheated on the diet over the weekend. I've set my goal at 2200 calories a day (trying to gain some muscle and lose fat), but never hit it.
I'm trying to eat more (used to only eat one meal a day). I don't cook and don't like a majority of vegetables....so it's a bit harder than I thought.
So that's my story.
I'm always up for some constructive criticism! Hope everyone is having a good day!
