Good foods to un-do what's been done?

Alright, so these past couple of days I've done really well eating right - until dinner, when my friends and I go. Then I've eaten my fill and then some of Spanish and Mexican food!...all topped off with deserts. Needless to say, neither my stomach nor my body feel very good right now. What should I be eating to get myself feeling better again? I know this isn't normal for me and I want to get back to it.

I was just reading an article on this the other day. Strawberries are good to offset overeating, they will help with the bloating, also diet/regular green tea. Good luck. Hope this helps!! :)

Honestly, drink a whole mess of water! Flush out the bad as you put back in the good ;)

Not sure you can un-do anything, but drinking lots of water will help flush out extra soduim which is sooo high in restaurant food.

When I have those once in awhile moments where I drink and eat more than I plan to, I usually add on 3-5 pounds and feel sick, but all of that is easy to rectify over the week. I just had a bad weekend and now I feel back to normal!

What I did to un-do what had been done is first return to my normal eating/exercising habits. I might cut a hundred calories here or there, but nothing extreme. I try to drink an extra cup or two of water or tea. I also make green smoothies with spinach, fruit, yogurt, protein powder. Spinach is my go-to veggie, packed with lots of nutrients!! And of course all other veggies and fruits are good too! Basically eat clean and exercise and you'll be back to normal =)

I'm hoping to have better control this time around this weekend! Hope you feel better!
