I just started this workout regimen and it is perfect for me. I don't have a lot of time especially during the week, but this I can manage. Anyone else using this? Are you seeing results?

    I'm on W3, I'm doing D2 this evening. I'm seeing the difference but not on the scales yet. My clothes are a lot looser already. I'm convinced I can feel the difference each time I run! :D
