Suggestions on what to fix for meals when you end up being u

I have had lunch/dinner ideas all week and now I don't really have anything satisfying in my fridge and pantry. I am not sure what to fix for lunch today... I don't have a planned dinner meal either... I am trying to think of things I can eat but all I can come up with is maple/brown sugar mini wheats (which is what I had for breakfast) I just would like to find something healthy to fill my day full of good calories, but I am unprepared. I still need to eat 800 calories for the remainder of the day and I am stumped...Any suggestions? Thank you for reading and supplying advice :D
