I have been using my fitness pal since Janurary along with diet2go. However 3 months ago I was no longer able to post to the diet2go forum and started to lose motivation. With these 2 apps I was able to lose 29 lbs but I still want to lose 10 or 15 more pounds. I need to get back on track but I need some help. It has been hard to lose the last 10 pounds. My weight just keeps fluctuating from 149 to 146. I was going to the gym often but my workout buddy needed to be cleared by her doc before we could get a personalized program from the personal trainer so I haven't been back since. I am starting over tomorrow with a new attitude but I could really use some help.
