Another Newbie!!!

Hello, I'm Cindy & I have 75lbs. to lose!!! I lost 45 lbs. last year. It all started with a Wellness Clinic where I work. I met a personal trainer from a local gym. I started to go to the gym, (my there is skinny fit people there), when I was approached by the personal trainer that I had met at my Wellness Clinic. He got me involved in a "biggest loser" challenge at the gym. Let me tell you, I was doing things that I didn't ever think that I could do again!!! (side note: in high school I was an athlete & was athletic built) So the old muscles remember the high school days!! I ended up coming in second in the challenge!!!! It was great.

Then after the first of the year, much stress & drama attacked. I'm a stress eater, so I gained 20 lbs. back!!! :angry: Well now I'm getting back on track. Just started the My Fitness Pal & I love it!!!! Can't wait to track my success & to chat with everyone.

    I have 80lbs to loose. I eat when I'm anxious so I know what you are talking about. Congratulations on the 45lbs you lost if you've done it once you can do it again. Welcome!
