I count it as water when I add the packets.....not sure what the 'RULE" is though??? Sometimes I need the flavor to get all my water in for the day. I do NOT count my coffee/tea. Most of the flavoring packets are zero calories...I would count any calories.

Herbal tea is a healthier choice.

It still counts a water. To count as water it must be: No Cafeine, No Carbonation and No Sugar.

It's only draw back is that it does have artifical sweetners.

    Good Luck!

You can count it but keep an eye out for how much of it you're consuming. Try working your way to a lighter mix by using less powder and in between crystal light drinks, drink plain water to keep your sodium down. :-)

It counts, but I'd try to drink more plain water than Crystal Light water in a day... and I'd probaly also add less than recommended.

the best fluid for your body is fresh, plain water...
