I count it as water when I add the packets.....not sure what the 'RULE" is though??? Sometimes I need the flavor to get all my water in for the day. I do NOT count my coffee/tea. Most of the flavoring packets are zero calories...I would count any calories.0

Herbal tea is a healthier choice.0

It still counts a water. To count as water it must be: No Cafeine, No Carbonation and No Sugar.
It's only draw back is that it does have artifical sweetners.
Good Luck!0 -
You can count it but keep an eye out for how much of it you're consuming. Try working your way to a lighter mix by using less powder and in between crystal light drinks, drink plain water to keep your sodium down. :-)0

It counts, but I'd try to drink more plain water than Crystal Light water in a day... and I'd probaly also add less than recommended.
the best fluid for your body is fresh, plain water...0
