How frequently should I measure?

I've lost a little weight. 20 lbs in all, but 7 since restarting MFP. I recently decided to take my measurements, but I was wondering how frequently I should measure? I really want to start seeing some results in my body composition. Thanks!

    I measure once a month!

    I measure and take progress pictures every Sunday. It helps me stay motivated when I can see how much my body changes from week to week!

    I also measure once per month :smile:
    & I weigh myself everyday and record a loss when it's been off for 3 consecutive days

    I would recommend every 3 months ...

    I measure monthly and count weigh-ins weekly... I also do monthly pictures :o)

    I measure once a month and weigh in once a week!!
  • I measure once a month, and even if the weight isn't showing much of a change- My once a month measurments have always gotten smaller! :smile:
