Is it realistic to drastically change my eating habits? being pregnant i ate everything! now that im not pregnant im trying to eat healthier and small portions but should i do it slowly? I feel like giving up already!!!

    Baby steps. Small changes are more likely to stick.

    30 days to make a habit. (general rule of thumb)

    Once that small change is a habit, you make another one.
